MOBILE PRIVACY POLICY

PLEASE READ THIS COUNTIT INVENTORY APPLICATION PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH IS PART OF THE COUNTIT SOFTWARE LICENSING AGREEMENT (“SLA”), CAREFULLY. ANY TERMS DEFINED IN THE SLA SHALL HAVE THE SAME MEANING IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

THIS PRIVACY POLICY PERTAINS TO YOUR ACCESSING AND USING YUNEVA SERVICES VIA THE COUNTIT INVENTORY APPLICATION, WHICH YOU DOWNLOADED, THROUGH APPLE’S ITUNES OR APPLE’S APP STORE (“COUNTIT INVENTORY APPLICATION”).

This policy describes the information collected during registration for and directly through the Countit Inventory Application. If you would like information about how Yuneva collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you outside of the Countit Inventory Application, please read the Yuneva Privacy Policy. The Countit Inventory Application connects you to the count-inventory website where you can use the Services (as defined in the Yuneva Privacy Policy).

ATTENTION: PLEASE READ OUR PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE COUNTIT INVENTORY APPLICATION. DOWNLOADING OR USING THE COUNTIT INVENTORY APPLICATION INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY IN FULL. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THIS PRIVACY POLICY, DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE THE COUNTIT INVENTORY APPLICATION. You acknowledge (a) that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy; and (b) this Privacy Policy shall have the same force and effect as a signed agreement.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Countit Inventory Application (or any portion of the Countit Inventory Application), temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you, and are not obligated to support or update the Countit Inventory Application.

You agree that Yuneva shall not be liable to you or any third party in the event that we exercise our right to modify or discontinue the Countit Inventory Application (or any portion of the Countit Inventory Application). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Countit Inventory Application shall be subject to this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy was last revised on December 19, 2016. We may change or add to this Privacy Policy, so we encourage you to review it periodically. If we materially change this Privacy Policy, we will let you know by showing it to you again when you open the Countit Inventory Application.

Customer Data/User Data

Yuneva customers may electronically submit data or information about products, locations and users to the Services for counting purposes (“Customer Data”) Yuneva will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Data except as provided in the Master Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. Yuneva may access Customer Data in accordance with the Master Subscription Agreement. Personal information about or generated by users of count-inventory website and Services (“User Data”) is not Customer Data.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of User Data in the manner described below.

  • You may voluntarily provide us with information;

  • Your name;

  • Your email address;

  • Your password that you’ve created;

  • You may voluntarily provide us with access to your phone’s camera, microphone, phone and storage, when you are using the Countit Inventory Application to improve your user experience; and

  • Any other information that you provide in registering for or using the Countit Inventory Application.

 

A. We automatically collect other information about you and/or about your device, including:

  • Your IP address;

  • The Countit Inventory Application features that you use and the time of your use; and

  • Other information about you collected through count-inventory website and as described in Yuneva then-current website Yuneva Privacy Policy, to which you have already agreed.

 

How We Use Your Information

We use the User Data that we collect for the following purposes, including:

  • The purposes for which you provided it;

  • To process and respond to your inquiries and comments;

  • To send you information about your relationship or transactions with us;

  • To develop new products and services;

  • To personalize and enhance your experience using the Countit Inventory Application;

  • To contact you with information, including promotional information and recommendations, that we believe will be of interest to you;

  • Advertisements;

  • To generate and review reports and data about our user base and service usage patterns;

  • To compile aggregate data for internal and external business purposes;

  • To perform other business activities as needed, or as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy;

  • To prevent fraud and abuse of the Countit Inventory Application and to otherwise protect users and visitors and our business;

  • To assist law enforcement and respond to subpoenas;

  • To administer, operate and improve the Countit Inventory Application and its Services and for internal business purposes; and

Other uses of the User Data or Customer Data may be permitted under the Yuneva Services Agreement or Yuneva Services SLA.

How User Data is Disclosed

User Data may be disclosed to third parties in accordance with our website Privacy Policy. Please note that a user may choose not to share certain information as described in Your Choices Regarding Your Information below.

A. Third Party Service Providers and Business Partners

We may use third party service providers and business partners to perform functions in connection with the Countit Inventory Application. Examples include functions related to analyzing and improving the Countit Inventory Application usefulness, advertising, marketing, storing data, providing users with products and services, administrative functions such as back up and security, and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. We may share information about you that they need to perform their functions. We may deliver advertisements to you. We may work with third-party advertising companies that help deliver these advertisements to you. Yuneva also utilizes a third party service to collect information about Countit Inventory Application crashes. This information is used to improve the performance of the Countit Inventory Application. The information collected includes device state information at the time a crash occurred, unique device identifiers, and information relating to the physical location of a device at the time a crash occurred.

B. Third Parties for Their Direct Marketing and Other Promotional Purposes

We may share your User Data with third parties, including our business partners, for their direct marketing and other promotional purposes.

 

C. Customer

We disclose User Data about your use of the Countit Inventory Application to the Yuneva’ customer with which you are employed, affiliated or associated (“Customer”).

 

D. Business Changes

If we become involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, bankruptcy, reorganization, dissolution, or other transaction or if the ownership of all or substantially all of our business otherwise changes, we may transfer your User Data to a third party or parties in connection therewith.

 

E. Investigations and Law

We reserve the right to investigate fraud and abuse on the Countit Inventory Application and its Services. We may disclose User Data to third parties if we have a good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

  • Take action regarding suspected illegal activities;

  • Enforce or apply this Privacy Policy or other agreements with us;

  • Comply with the law or guidance and cooperate with government or law enforcement officials or private parties;

  • Protect our rights, reputation, safety, and property, or that of users or others;

  • Respond to claims and legal process (for example, subpoenas); and/or

  • Protect against legal liability.

 

F. Aggregated Information

We may share aggregated User Data with affiliated or unaffiliated third parties

While we take reasonable measures to protect the User Data you submit via the Countit Inventory Application against loss, theft and unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. No Internet or app transmission is ever fully secure or error free. You should use caution whenever submitting User Data through an application and take special care in deciding with which information you provide us.

 

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

We will retain your User Data for as long as you use the Countit Inventory Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Please note that some or all of the User Data we have collected may be required in order for the Countit Inventory Application to function properly.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Countit Inventory Application. The Countit Inventory Application may contain links to other websites or apps or may forward users to other websites or apps that we may not own or operate. The links from the Countit Inventory Application do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed these websites or apps. The policies and procedures we describe here do not apply to these websites or apps. We neither can control nor are responsible for the privacy practices or content of these websites or apps. Your Choices Regarding Your Information

You have choices regarding the use of your User Data by the Countit Inventory Application. To change your information, including keeping your information accurate, please contact the Customer’s administrator who has access to modify your information.

If you no longer want this application to collect and use information about you:

  • Uninstall the Countit Inventory Application – You can stop all collection of information by the Countit Inventory Application by uninstalling the mobile application. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

 

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from an individual under age 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any personal information through the Countit Inventory Application. If you have reason to believe that we may have accidentally received personal information from an individual under age 13, please contact us immediately at privacy@count-inventory.com.

Your California Privacy Rights
